What we collect

Account data (name, email, organisation details), billing data (processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers), the documents you upload (mark schemes, question papers, student submissions), and usage data needed to run and improve the Service.

How we use it

To provide the Service: uploaded documents are processed by the AI model providers we use for marking (currently OpenAI and Google), stored on AWS infrastructure, and shown back to you as grades and feedback. We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to train models of our own.

Student work

Student submissions are uploaded by and under the control of the educator. We process them only to provide marking and feedback to that educator, and delete them on account deletion or on request.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting and storage), OpenAI and Google (AI processing), and email delivery providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email [email protected] to request export or deletion of your account and its data.
