Subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Grade It AI is sold for business and professional educational use, and each grading consumes real processing capacity at the time it runs, so we do not offer refunds for payments already made — including renewals and partially used billing periods.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. We recommend starting on a monthly plan if you want to evaluate the Service before committing to annual billing.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, email [email protected] and we will refund the charge in full.

Top-up packs

One-time grading top-up packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided none of the pack has been used. Once gradings from a pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable.

Digital service

Grade It AI is a digital subscription service. There are no physical goods, so returns and exchanges do not apply.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including in respect of faulty services.
